metapogha untuk tawar.

potong 2 epal. buang tengah (bhgn keras serta biji)
blend.
buang pulp. (tapis)
jus dia ialah pure apple juice.

now., nak kasi sedap (konon)
taruk 6 ketul ais.
kacau2, biar sejuk dia sebati.

ok minum...

ops tengok tv kusyuk,
and within time.. (masa) ,
ais cair. juice epal kini tawar. kerana ais cair.

what would you do.?
tambah air gula (which is a mix of gula dan air panas sedikit)

manis... :)

manis memang manis.

tapi itu namenye epal juice bergula. bukan apple juice.


its always nice and sweet to add extra sugar in everything,
tapi ia memudaratkan kesihatan.
